Automatic Create Meet Entries

Creating the entries will automatically assign all swimmers to events that they are qualified to participate.  You can do this after creating the events and the team roster.  This process will basically merge all the active swimmers with events they are qualified to participate.

This qualification is based upon the swimmer matching the following criteria:

1. Swimmer age is >= event's MinAge and <= event's MaxAge.
2. Swimmer sex matches the event's sex.
3. Swimmer is in one of the selected teams checked (see picture above)
4. Optionally, the swimmer's best time recorded in the best times for the swimmer meet are in the range of the qualifying times.
5. Optionally, the swimmer has not exceed the maximum number of events allowed.

If these qualification are met, an meet entries record is generated for the qualified event.  Once you have generated the entries, you can do a number of different things.

1. Seed the entries
2. Add or delete the entries
3. Print deck cards from the entries
4. Print ribbon labels from the entries
5. Record place and time for each entry
6. Export or import meet entries to share with other teams or for backup

You can make modification to the roster and the events and do this step over and over until you feel the entries are right.
