This will present the dialog for printing the deck
cards and labels. This is the same as going to the main
WinSwim menu and pressing the Meet |
Print Labels & Deck Cards. |

Use this to print what is currently viewable in the
grid. |

This dialog is used to select the printer
configuration for the Print... dialog. |

Add
|
Swimmer |
When the entries are created, only the qualified
swimmers that are active and meet the selection criteria for the
event are entered. If you find that a swimmer is excluded,
this will allow you to add the swimmer.
A dialog will open with swimmers not selected for the event.
Select the row, make sure it's highlighted and then press the Add
button to include the swimmer.
Another approach is to
to to the Meet | Create
Entries... and drag the swimmer into the event. |
View |
Active Only |
Each entry has an Active Boolean flag that can be
set to Yes or No. The active flag can be seen in the grid by
going to the Edit | Options
Entries tab and selecting the field to be viewable.
Swimmers that are set Active = Yes are included when printing labels
and updating the best times. Swimmers that are set to Active =
No are ignored. Use the Active Only check to either view or
not view these entries. |

Display Group Tree |
This will display the tree view when selected. |
|
|
Display Tool Bar |
This will display the menu tool bar when selected. |
Meet
|
Set Active |
There is a Boolean flag contained within the Meet
table called TimesUpdated. When this flag is set to Yes the
meet has been completed and the times are updated into the BestTimes.
Select this toggle when you want to make the meet entries editable.
After making the changes, you will need to select the "Set Updated"
toggle. |

Set Updated |
There is a Boolean flag contained within the Meet
table called TimesUpdated. When this flag is set to Yes the
meet has been completed and the times are updated into the BestTimes.
Select this toggle when you have finalized the meet and ready to
start creating the next meet entries. All editing will not be
allowed after selecting this option. |

Auto Place |
This option is used to allow WinSwim to
automatically determine the placing for each event by time.
Use this if you want to enter the times and allow WinSwim to select
the place based on the fastest time entered. |

|
Clear Times |
This is used to erase all the entered times and
places. Use this with caution as it can not be reversed. |
|
|
Points > Calculate |
This option will calculate the points for the meet. |
|
|
Points > Display |
This will display a report with the points. |
Window
|
Cascade |
Cascade all exposed windows. |
|
Tile |
Tile all exposed windows. |
