Reports

A number of reports, labels and slips are available using WinSwim/Rec. These reports have been developed using Seagate Crystal Reports 6.0. With Crystal Reports 6.0 you can create new reports or change existing reports.

Note: The filenames of the Crystal Reports, description and LaneSlips preparation is controlled by the "reports.ini" file in the application directory.

Advanced Users Note: A LaneSlips table is created that controls all reports. This table is left after each report so you can export from Access 2000.

Report Exporting

All reports can be exported instead of printing. The possible output destinations can be:

Disk file
Exchange Folder
Lotus Notes Database
Microsoft Mail (MAPI)

The output format to the destination specified above can be:

Comma-separated values (CSV)
Crystal Reports (RPT)
Data Interchange Format (DIF)
